Roles & Responsibilities:
- Procuring the right product and ensuring timely & cost-effective acquisition.
- Forecasting demand of products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
- Visiting markets, assess existing vendors, develop new ones & maintain a professional relationship with the vendors.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure the best price & the most advantageous terms for the company.
- Preparing comparative statement, acquire approvals & issue Purchase Order systematically.
- Processing payments and invoices of suppliers.
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
- Adequate knowledge in purchasing of local construction material.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from any reputed university.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
