Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Financial Statement (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and send to management by mail.
  • Maintaining books of accounts (cash book, ledger, cheque register, stock register, VAT & Tax register and salary register etc.)
  • Reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Going to the Bank for Bank related works.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge on MS. Word, MS. Excel .
  • Prepare accounts for Internal & External audit.
  • Maintaining Administrative work.
  • Maintaining Operational work.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve
  • Able to Multi-Task
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
