Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Financial Statement (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and send to management by mail.
- Maintaining books of accounts (cash book, ledger, cheque register, stock register, VAT & Tax register and salary register etc.)
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Handling petty cash.
- Going to the Bank for Bank related works.
- Must have sufficient knowledge on MS. Word, MS. Excel .
- Prepare accounts for Internal & External audit.
- Maintaining Administrative work.
- Maintaining Operational work.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
- Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve
- Able to Multi-Task
- Can work under pressure
