Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through business gap/challenge analysis, job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses identified needs and expectations
- Prepare yearly training calendar and training budget
- Evaluate and select the ideal training methods or activities for a particular purpose and audience (online, role-playing, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
- Develop and prepare training aids and materials, as and when needed
- Organize and facilitate in-house & external training programs as per the training and development plan
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide summary reports to management, determining ROI periodically and the impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline preferably in Business Administration
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 28 to 32 years
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs preferably retail sales training in a large corporate environment
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops etc.)
- Excellent team-building, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
