Senior Human Resources Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure national recruitment for the IRC, Bangladesh Program special technical and critical positions that includes pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations & contract Management. He/she has to ensure all work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Assign recruitment responsibilities of other team members, monitor them, suggest the team for best possible solutions, update the recruitment tracker, and help the team to achieve their recruitment goals on time.
  • Tracking the international recruitment, update the international recruitment tracker and work closely with Liaison and administration manager to help/guide them for appropriate visa formalities.
  • Liaison with job portals, talent hunting agency to sourcing the best suitable candidates, work with them for MOU, Contract management and payment settlement.
  • Induction and placement:
  • To ensure proper and effective on boarding process for both the international and national staff, facilitate on boarding trainings, set induction meetings, monitor them and provide all the necessary support for their relevant queries.
  • She/he need to focus on designing induction materials, update them time to time considering the context, and communicate and keep the staff updated about the changes.
  • Update onboarding tracker and reporting and provide necessary feedback to management.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Process salary payment with the help of finance, develop pay slips, keep all the relevant record for further query and audit.
  • Ensure on time salary payment and provide answer of the relevant query, distribute pay slip as it required and asked by staff time to time.
  • Calculate taxation, work with finance to deposit it to NBR, help the staff to get answer with relevant queries.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation (Major in HRM/Finance) with the good academic result.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age at least 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 5 years relevant experience, at least 3 years in INGO, NGO sectors
  • Good experience in payroll management, recruitment management both national and international positions, file management and on boarding process.
  • Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Familiar with HR software, data processing.
  • Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
