Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- He / She prepare the solution to meet business requirements.
- Provide functional specifications to developers to convert the requirements into the business solution.
- Performs unit testing and integration testing to deliver high-quality solution
- He / She transfers business process knowledge to the other team member.
- Create functional specification documents and partner with development team to complete solution development.
- Deep knowledge of configuring Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, STOs, Release Strategy, Transfer Orders, Picking Strategy, Goods Movements, MRP, Material Master, Serial Number Management and Batch Management, Purchasing Info Records, Source List, EDI/IDoc.
- Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities.
- He / She transfers business process knowledge to the other team member and users.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project based work environment.
- An expert with thorough understanding of the entire product lifecycle management (product design through obsolescence), BOM snapshots (eBOM, mBOM, as-built BOM, as-delivered BOM, as-returned, etc.
- An expert with various production master data such as Material Masters, Material Revisions, date validity, parameter effectively, BOMs, Work Centers, and Routings and their integration touch points with production planning and execution.
- Proficient with PP-MRP/PP-Shop floor integration touch points such as planned order to production order conversion.
- Proficient with SD/PP integration touch points such as planning strategy and strategy groups, sales order entry, and planned independent requirements.
- Proficient with PP/QM Integration touch points such as MRP groups, subcontracting, and vendor consignment, planned order/purchase requisition or purchase requisition to Purchase Order conversion.
- He / She has the total practical knowledge of PP process.
- Primary contact for business partner for solutions in PP MODULE area.
- Understanding PP Module to the extent that you are able to suggest process improvements.
- Cross Module transaction check.
- Should be also versed with the integration aspects of SAP PP application with other core Modules of SAP Business one.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives.
- Develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Flexibility to travel and relocate according to business needs.
- Format and present reports to the organization (teams, BPO and management)
- Maintain documentation, procedures and methods of the Quality Improvement System.
- Implementation of recommendations, processes, activities, standards in his or her area.
- Prepare all budget related document and analysis.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analysis, and solve software problems.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Support End user for any business problem.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters from any reputed University.
- Public universities will get preference.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 9 year(s)

- Should have sound knowledge on best practices and methods of application development.
- Basic knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

- Must have good communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent problem-solving approach.
