Assistant Customer Service Officer/ Junior Customer Service Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing best in class service for the customers of IDLC and other stakeholders with focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer experience
  • Resolves product or service related problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Following up the clients for collection
  • Proactively feedback and involved in process streamlining/ improvement of branch processes to improve operational efficiency and provide better customer service

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any University.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

  • Candidate with positive attitude and pro-activeness, patience in interactions, exceptional listening, perceiving, and understanding ability are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent inter personal skills, team player, problem solving attitude along with excellent proficiency in English
  • Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact & diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
  • Creative thinking, able to come up with new ideas to improve Customer Service standards
  • Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
