• Marketing & communicating with clients.
• Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
• New clients acquisition from open market.
• Generating and achieving brokerage targets.
• Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
• Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Complying with all rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL and The Company.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Client hunting, Client Relationship Management, Client Service, Trading of Share

Work Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of rules & regulations related to brokerage services.
  • Have client base and intention to participate in marketing activities.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage / Securities House / Trading of share.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team Management, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Candidate should be religious.
