Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate for structural work as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
- Coordinate with the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff.
- Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
- Maintain inter-departmental coordination with other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
- Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- To certify & assist in running project and final bills of contractors.
- Prepare project reports for Manager & Head of Department.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
