Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Guide HR & Admin team.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Ensure staff development including training, assessment.
- Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the company.
- Supervise and direct the staffs to perform their duty smartly.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
- Formulate and Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
- Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure to have the proper training.
- Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA from reputed public or private University with good academic result.
- PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference.
- Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,Labor Issues,HRIS,Labor Law
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Sound Knowledge of latest Labor Laws, amendments
