Senior/Brand Manager (Consumer Brands, Foods)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set national target for the brand and formulate marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to achieve national target, brand growth & market share.
  • Develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image, and equity.
  • Improve cost base to ensure the brand profitability and affordability.
  • Monitor distribution width depth in the territory to ensure availability and merchandising.
  • Develop & supervise all advertising campaigns in print, electronic and outdoor media as well as event management.
  • Develop annual operational plan, set forecast, production & procurement plan.
  • Liaison with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaign.
  • Conduct consumer survey to understand consumer mindset and behavior as well as media habit.
  • Identify & explore the scope to improve existing product
  • Identify & explore the scope of new product & develop the strategy for launching new product.
  • Reporting of the brand periodically ( monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Any other task assigned by the Management

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing from reputed private or public university

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Promotion and Branding
