- Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan

- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
- To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Computer knowledge is the must.
- Any other task assigned by Management
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Ability to meet the sales target, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skills, Buyer Handling, Client Relationship Management
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
