Recruitment Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent has to perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition
  • Prepare and ensure job posting in various sources including internal & online advertisement
  • CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview session (Both physical & online)
  • Arrange written test, computer test, ability test, final selection, negotiation, finalizing offer and taking approval
  • Ensure background verification of all finally selected candidates
  • Maintain and update all the candidate information in the CV bank from time to time for further requirement
  • Verify all documents to ensure proper compliance in the recruitment process
  • To perform any other activities assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation degree in any field. MBA in HR in a must

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

  • Understanding of effective recruitment methodologies and tools
  • Sharp, Elegant & Smart
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Very good at English and Bengali typing
  • To have capacity to recruit multi-functional employees.
  • Well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in diversified and stressful situations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent reporting skill
  • Able to meet the deadline
