Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure factory employee (Permanent & Daily) monthly salary.
  • To ensure employee yearly promotion process.
  • To ensure employee final payment.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and others job portal etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct HR interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • To ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained in an organized manner.
  • Handling HR Operation and Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law.
  • To perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Administration
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies
