Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure factory employee (Permanent & Daily) monthly salary.
- To ensure employee yearly promotion process.
- To ensure employee final payment.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and others job portal etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct HR interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- To ensure all recruitment files and personal files are maintained in an organized manner.
- Handling HR Operation and Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law.
- To perform such other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
