Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local compensation plan designs and the support of the global bonus program process
- Assist to review of the remuneration strategy, remuneration policy, remuneration systems, and guidelines and ensure implementation
- Analyze and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including: industry trends, best practices, tax and legislative requirements
- Guide and assist on the development, implementation and administration of rewards and employee benefits policies
- Check compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures for benefit management and delivery, and recommend policy and procedure changes
- Administer all incentive plans, including benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits and all refinements to compensation, benefit and other plans
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting/HR
- Certification in Total Reward Management will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
