Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Regularly over achieve monthly sales target in the specific region/area among the SME thrust sector;
  • Introducing hire purchase among the SME segment by selecting right customers and ensuring right sales;
  • Correspond with the collection team and thus help them realizing the monthly collection of hire purchase in due time;
  • Sync with regional team for generating leads and thus participate in a healthy eco system to tap the maximum potential of SME segments;
  • Successful roll out any business development projects in the field by integrating HQ instructions and field level activities;
  • Executing any other business priories which are instructed by the HQ management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales
  • Graduation from renowned Public or Private University

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must have good knowledge of Business Development
