Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regularly over achieve monthly sales target in the specific region/area among the SME thrust sector;
- Introducing hire purchase among the SME segment by selecting right customers and ensuring right sales;
- Correspond with the collection team and thus help them realizing the monthly collection of hire purchase in due time;
- Sync with regional team for generating leads and thus participate in a healthy eco system to tap the maximum potential of SME segments;
- Successful roll out any business development projects in the field by integrating HQ instructions and field level activities;
- Executing any other business priories which are instructed by the HQ management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales
- Graduation from renowned Public or Private University
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
