Executive - SALES SUPPORT

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Allocate annual and periodical Sales Projection among Area Offices & Regional Offices.
  • Draft various letter, agreement, sales related proposal for different NGOs and institutions for product sales.
  • Coordinate with all Area Offices, Regional Offices and receive routine reports like Monthly Report, Market Survey Report, Individual Market Survey Report, Area Executive Monthly Reports, POP Reports, Field Promotion Activity Reports, etc.
  • Raise indent for procurement of capital items for Head Office, Area Offices and Regional Offices of Sales Division.
  • Participate in tender and submit price quotation to different NGOs and Institutions for product supply.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly Sales Performance Report.
  • Prepare reports of Sales Promotion activities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • or Master in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At most 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Field sales experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG Company will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
