Digital Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaign, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence for the Brands in the Group. Also focus on creating innovative info graphic/video content.
  • Continuously measure and report performance of all running digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, such as Conversion rates, Cost per conversion (CPC) & Return on ad spend, ROAS)
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets and collaborate with Accounts/finance staff to set and stay within budget.
  • Reach out to local and international clients through multiple marketing channels.
  • Plan, generate leads of potential clients and assist in meeting our B2B sales periodically and submit reports accordingly.
  • Supervise the team member to optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars for the Group.
  • Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Engage the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal developers to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end clients experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for various marketing campaign.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies of digital marketing and provide recommendations and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Google Digital Marketing Certification
  • Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing
  • Skills Required: Google Adwords,SEO and Digital Marketer,Social Media Marketing (SMM)

    • Proven knowledge of online business concepts, growth, and trends. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and website analytics tools.
    • Ability to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.
    • Creative skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
    • Able to quickly understand both the management and company needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the management and team needs.
    • Strong leadership skills to manage a marketing team.
    • Excellent data-driven reporting and presentation skills.
