Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Championing the HR initiatives and work streams as part of One Rahimafrooz Battery business as core team member "winning as One" program
  • Formulate and implement HR strategies in line with business strategies to attain result in winning in the market place for SPB.
  • Establish HR organisation to deliver business result under One Battery business,SPB
  • Proactive support as HR business Partner to all functional heads to establish their organisations through reviewing & restructuring organisation structure, placing right people in the right place and drive performance oriented culture to achieve function KPIs.
  • Review & Renew HR processes and tools for SPB to support new business context.
  • Ensure organizing recruitment, orientation, training and development program in SPB as per HR Plan and company policy.
  • Establish and make effective Performance management, Succession planning, reward management in line with Group HR practice to suit for SPB context.
  • To Embed I Plan and RA core values as SPB "way of doing things" in the heart & mind of SPB employees to create positive influence in the business result delivery.
  • Conduct various surveys/communication/ general meeting to get insights of employee satisfactions, issues, needs so that proactive measures can be taken.
  • Ensure factory Industrial relation are positive so that no Industrial relations disputes & unfair labour practice through appropriate employee engagements & communications program & practice of RA values at all levels
  • Provide Administrative support to SPB Head Office including safety and security. Ensure appropriate standard of health & safety in all workplaces through benchmarking & continuous improvement by establish environment, health & safety (EHS).

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred Professional Certification: SPHRI,PHRI,SHRM SCP
  • Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Labor Issues

Work Experience:

  • 10 to 12 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
