Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- TOT Training & PGDHRM degree holders will be given preference.
- Skills Required: Compliance,HRIS,Labor Management,Labor Law
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:
- Identify training needs and prepare training budget & training plan.
- Arrange, conduct and evaluate the trainings.
- Facilitate training session applying appropriate training methods.
- Develop and use effective training aids.
- Conduct training follow up and evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Generate training report and keep records of training always up-dated.
- Coordination & implementation of all kind of activity related to training & Development.
- Design training programs based on organizations and individuals need.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Ensure high quality of training programs and information up gradation for learners consistently.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Working with training providers/resource person to develop suitable content for the courses
- Update data regularly for analysis and periodic reporting for example, man hour training, weekly, monthly and annual reports etc.
