Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain development activities and costing;
• Follow up production as per approved T & A;
• Maintain pre-cost sheet & submit Bill of Material (BOM);
• Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet;
• Maintain fabric, accessories booking and in-house on time;
• Maintain required Management Information System (MIS).

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in AMT/ GMT from AUST/ BUTex/ BUFT.
• Masters/ MBA in Marketing with Diploma in Merchandising will get preference.

Work Experience:

• 3 to 5 year(s)

  Others Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Merchandising with M&S buyer.
  • The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience with large knit garments.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
