Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take care of the call center for customers booking request and/or inquiries
- Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls (Receive & make call to the customers).
- Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
- Take care of communication through social media (FB/Instagram).
- Take care of the service delivery process.
- Delivery the test report/prescription by online.
- Collect and share customers feedback within the organization.
- Generating graphical content for social media.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report making to Managing Director or proper report line.
- Any task assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline.
- B.A (Hons) in English
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Centre, E-commerce
- Developing concepts, graphics and company logos (if possible)
- Special Experience on Clipping Path, Multiple Clipping Path, Image Masking, Photo Retouching, Photo Restoration, Image Enhancement, Color Correction, Object Removing, Creating Various Shadows, Brochure & Catalog Design, Page Makeup, News Paper Ad etc (if possible)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve
- Able to Multi-Task
- Can work under pressure
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
