Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same
  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
  • Provide general information
  • Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation
  • University students can also apply

Work Experience:

  • Good Command in writing and speaking both in English & Bangla

Others Requirements:

  • Interpersonal skill
  • Analytical skills
