Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same
- Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
- Provide general information
- Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation
- University students can also apply
Work Experience:
- Good Command in writing and speaking both in English & Bangla
