Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing concept note/research proposal according to EoI/RFP for national and international organisations including Govt. and Non-Govt. agencies
• Design research methodology
• Preparing data collection tools
• Writing reports/monographs/working papers/research brief and policy briefs
• Coordinating field studies and maintaining communication with donors

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS), Masters degree in any discipline
• Must have Masters in Development Studies / Statistics/ Anthropology/ Sociology/ Public Health or relevant subject from a reputed university with good CGPA.
• Skills Required: Data Analysis, Report Writing

Work Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Proven experience of proposal development
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Relevant training (proposal development, report writing)
  • Authorship in published reports/books/articles
  • Good presentation skill
  • Good command over written and spoken English
  • Experienced in report and proposal preparation
  • Oriented with development project/program assessment and evaluation
