Roles & Responsibilities:
- To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
- To monitor visitors logbook and issue visitor card.
- To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Assisting the HR team regarding interview, joining and exit formalities.
- To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed Institute.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Minimum Height for Male-57" and Female-54", Weight proportionate to the height
- Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Fluency in communications both in English and Bangla
- Good health and perfect eyesight
- Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
- Pleasing personality
- Systematic approach towards duty
- Good appearance and pleasant voice
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Good communication skill
- Good computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications and different types software base work.
