Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records
- Take and relay messages
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
- Any other administrative job assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- SSC, HSC
- Skills Required: Excellent communication (Both Bangla and English), interpersonal and
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Should have pleasant, smart, smiley face & talented personality
- Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Excel & Word) etc.
