Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records
  • Take and relay messages
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
  • Any other administrative job assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • SSC, HSC
