Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
- Welcome all visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
- To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, packages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
- Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
- Systemic filling of all documents maintain receive record as well as other documentation.
- Other tasks as and when given by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline having good in spoken English.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Experience in PABX operating system.
- Multitasking ability highly expected from the concern person.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the Phone.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer
