Front Desk Executive/ Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
  • Welcome all visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, packages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
  • Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
  • Systemic filling of all documents maintain receive record as well as other documentation.
  • Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline having good in spoken English.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Experience in PABX operating system.
  • Multitasking ability highly expected from the concern person.
  • Must be polite and courteous while answering the Phone.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer
