Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of indoor & outdoor patients;
  • Supervisory role play in almost every customer service point of the hospitals when and where it is required in the inpatient/outpatient area;
  • Deals patients complaints and provide solutions according to proper guideline of the organization escalate superiors issue to as necessary;
  • Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients service excellence;
  • Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule;
  • Any other responsibilities given by the Management;

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institute;

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in reputed hospital or customer service industry/5-Star hotel;
  • Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
  • Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems
  • Duty day/night/on call duty
