Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 100% honest in all aspect.
  • Supervises and coordinates the entire worker recruitment process.
  • Summarizes finalists in the hiring process and ensures formalities for all the recruitment.
  • Check, verify, monitor & supervises monthly workers wages.
  • Plans and organizes security system of the Factory Premises.
  • Experienced in BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, OCS, GOTES, OEKO-TEX etc with any other social & technical audit.
  • Support all activities of social compliance audits.
  • Implement HR policy, Procedure & CAP.
  • Stand for vendor compliance requirements and follow up compliance issues.
  • Ensure facilitys compliance requirements as per local-international legal standards.
  • Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
  • Collect and maintain regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility etc.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of labor law/code of conducts.
  • Management of recruitment, working environment & working conditions, leave, dispute, training, appraisal and compensation of workers.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of labor law 06/code of conducts.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA/ Masters in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 6 year(s)

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
  • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
  • Good intellect and analytical skills.
  • Must have good presence and leadership ability.
  • Must have excellent computer literacy.
