- Answers inquiries by clarifying bank inbound desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- To make inbound calls to the general population of Bangladesh.
- To inform them about new products and services.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- To enter the details of every call in the system as required by us.
Educational Qualification:
- HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- As long as you know how to speak neat Bengali with NO accent, your academic qualification will not matter.
- Skills Required: Call Center
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
