Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answers inquiries by clarifying bank inbound desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • To make inbound calls to the general population of Bangladesh.
  • To inform them about new products and services.
  • To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
  • To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
  • To enter the details of every call in the system as required by us.

Educational Qualification:

  • HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • As long as you know how to speak neat Bengali with NO accent, your academic qualification will not matter.
  • Skills Required: Call Center

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:
