Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure GRN posting in time accurately
- Maintain update status of all Vendors
- Daily Statement of Purchases - Cash & Credit
- Reconcile daily Sales amount with cash and inventory
- Ensure remittance in time
- Disburse cash for appropriate expenses from petty cash fund and maintain Petty Cash
- Submit all necessary bills in time for reimbursement
- Must ensure all transactions through posting in software without delay
- Checking cash, inventories meticulously to prevent stock shortage and misappropriation
- Maintain Outlet Fixed Asset Register
- Ensure instant report on any financial irregularities and operational indiscipline
- Cooperate with the Internal Auditors.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have graduation in Commerce (MBA or Masters in Accounting / Finance without 3rd division in academic background is preferred).
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The candidate should have problem solving skills, ability to assess IT and business process and must have effective communication skill and obviously possess integrity.
- Experience: 3 - 4 years Job experience in Retail Chain Organization or big Pharmacy. Minimum exposure in Excel and accounting software is a prerequisite.
- Working experience in Pharmaceuticals sector / Retail Chain Organization.
- Analytical, capable to administer outlet day to day financial management and must be proactive.
- Good team player and methodical.
