Roles & Responsibilities:
- Verification of regular transactions, documents and invoices generated from routine business operations.
- Confirms deposit of day to day sales proceeds.
- Meticulous checking of documents relating to regular purchases, bulk discount and suppliers status.
- Pre-audit of all purchase requisitions and vouchers, invoices before payment.
- Reconciliation of cash and credit purchases, suppliers accounts, sales and inventories.
- Ensure surprise visit to Outlets to reconcile sales, remittance and Inventory on roving basis.
- Conducting physical Stock taking of outlets and warehouse at full scale regularly.
- Checking of employees payroll as per attendance and ensure payment thereof.
- Checking of accounting posting in software from time to time.
- Assist in any significant issues as and whenever is required by Finance & Accounts dept.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have graduation in Accounting or Finance (MBA or Masters in Accounting / Finance without 3rd division in academic background) with CA Course completion from reputed Audit Firm.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The candidate should have problem solving skills, ability to assess IT and business process and must have effective communication skill and obviously possess integrity.
- At least 2 years Job experience in Internal Audit in addition to CA Article ship period is required preferably in Pharmaceuticals or Retail Chain Organization. Good exposure in Excel and accounting software is must.
- Part qualification in CA / CMA from the ICAB / ICMAB.
- Working experience in Pharmaceuticals sector / Retail Chain Organizations.
- Analytical, Good team player and methodical.
