Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager to manage talent acquisition and retention, employee Performance Management & Appraisal process;
- Facilitate HR manager to prepare yearly training plan by identifying training needs (TNA) and ensure that training schedule is adhered to plan along with all formalities.
- Assist HR Manager to set & monitor employee compensation and benefit management.
- Run employee recognition and motivational program at the site.
- Keep all regulatory requirements like licenses, condition to NOC etc. up to date.
- Ensure IP and IU of HR SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure premises accident prevention measure and readiness for emergency situation.
- Perform employee counseling and handling employee grievances & disciplinary issues.
- Ensure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company.
- Ensure all-time ready for audits like ISO 22000, GMP, Halal, EHS, CSR.
- Perform activities for MFPL branding.
- Execute various programs in relation to the employee benefits and satisfaction.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM from any reputed University with excellent track record.
- Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,Compliance,Labor Management,Labor Law
Work Experience:
- At most 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
