Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR
- PGDHRM will get preference
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,iso,wrap
- Training/Trade Course: Compliance,iso,gots
- Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,ISO 9001:2000,ISO 14000,Compliance,HRIS,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning

- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Responsible for IWAY Implementation and secured IMUST.
- IWAY communication to all sub-supplier and enlisted to SSTS.
- To conduct periodic internal audit to NTTML & TFL.
- To conduct sub-supplier audit and developments
- Responsible for Supplier Sustainability Index (SSI) tools fill-up,
- Overall environmental responsible for factory and others Buyer
- Assist to prepare Improvement plan and follow implementation plan execution.
- To support others buyers audit preparation and full audit.
- Conduct environment related test and EMP.
- Follow necessary instruction from Head of HAC and Top management.
