Roles & Responsibilities:
- Delivers legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a "guest comes first, what we do second "attitude and connecting with the guest. Discovers and responds to guest needs.
- Provides uncompromised quality food and beverage products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of Maintains a clam exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Anticipates guest and restaurant needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to provide a superior environment during each shift.
- Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
- Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
- Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes tin team member moral and communicating them to the management team.
- Assists with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Educational Qualification:
- SSC, HSC
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
