Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure shift wise schedule Implement at floor, collect the daily production report ,check the report & submitted it at office
• Making SR by the ERP
• Arrange and coordinate weekly & Monthly Meeting
• Prepare Monthly Roster plan
• Ensure daily production schedule
• Ensure production increase & wastage reduction
• Ensure house keeping
• Coordinate with Store, Quality & Maintenance department.
• Ensure operational breakdown reduction
• Ensure Safety issues in factory premises
• Ensure the daily raw material issues
• Handle manpower related problem

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical or Masters degree from reputed university

Work Experience:

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(

  Others Requirements:

  • Should have at least 2 years experience in poly fiber industry.
  • Candidate should have experience in Manufacturing Process, Product Knowledge, Overall knowledge of product quality, Technical Knowledge,
  • Good knowledge in MS office, Basic English
