Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
- Target new and existing accounts for new business.
- Visit clients with the given details in different hospital or Doctors chamber locations across the locations
- Meet with the potential clients and communicate about the product, arrange product demonstration, assembly & training as per customer needs.
- Work closely with the client businesses to follow up on a regular basis, provide training, data entry services and other necessary support.
- Work closely with the regional field team to meet the weekly sales & implementation targets
- Find out any market insights from the daily visits to the clients, communicate with the management to improve business strategy, operations and processes.
- Build strong network building in the segment of Clients and End-users
- Take real time feedback on the upcoming products and align the marketing, product development and tech movement with such findings
- Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor`s degree, preferably major in Marketing.
- Students from reputed local and foreign universities are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- B2C Business, Institutional Sales Marketing, Key Accounts
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software/Toiletries/Personal Care/ Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and customer-focused.
- Willing to travel anywhere in the country.
- Knowledge on prior software implementation and Bangla Typing will be an asset

Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 TA / DA & Mobile allowance will be given as per company policy. Salary will be reviewed at the time of Confirmation (Probation period: 6 months). Yearly increment is done based on performance. Sales Incentive.
