Executive/ Jr. Executive - Software Sales & Service

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
  • Target new and existing accounts for new business.
  • Visit clients with the given details in different hospital or Doctors chamber locations across the locations
  • Meet with the potential clients and communicate about the product, arrange product demonstration, assembly & training as per customer needs.
  • Work closely with the client businesses to follow up on a regular basis, provide training, data entry services and other necessary support.
  • Work closely with the regional field team to meet the weekly sales & implementation targets
  • Find out any market insights from the daily visits to the clients, communicate with the management to improve business strategy, operations and processes.
  • Build strong network building in the segment of Clients and End-users
  • Take real time feedback on the upcoming products and align the marketing, product development and tech movement with such findings
  • Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree, preferably major in Marketing.
  • Students from reputed local and foreign universities are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • B2C Business, Institutional Sales Marketing, Key Accounts
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software/Toiletries/Personal Care/ Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the country.
  • Knowledge on prior software implementation and Bangla Typing will be an asset

Others Benefit:

Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 TA / DA & Mobile allowance will be given as per company policy. Salary will be reviewed at the time of Confirmation (Probation period: 6 months). Yearly increment is done based on performance. Sales Incentive.
