Executive/ Senior Executive (Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Explore new business opportunities & appoint new Distributors.
  • To increase sales of Raw chicken and ambient frozen food products.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
  • Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities/Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
  • Monitor inventory in key Sales Points and ensure product availability and visibility in all the showroom/outlets.
  • Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
  • Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal supply chain in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Studies from Reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sa

    Others Requirements:

    • Must be familiar with order collection through multiple e-commerce platforms.
    • Good knowledge about showroom/outlet management.
