Executive - B2B & Industrial Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create excellent customer relationships with existing and new one.
  • Ability to independently analyze market situation, identify potential (customers) and drive acquisition.
  • Perform effective sales/acquisition call - ability to engage, build report, analyze, understand customer needs and come to right proposal.
  • Ensure right distributor in place and make him complaint towards the company policies and direction.
  • Preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to supervisor and respective department properly.
  • Establish strong credit control mechanism to secure the cash flow and minimize credit risk of the company.
  • Manage existing accounts effectively and efficiently, with the aim of achieving further growth.
  • Track & monitor customer performance and report to B2B Manager.
  • Prepare & ensure customer bill & other document on time & follow-up for timely payment.
  • Able to plan, execute independently, both in sales execution and process optimization
  • Follow up and resolve any client complaints with operational departments.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate (preferably major in Marketing)

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years` experience in sales; Experienced candidate working in B2B/Industrial Sales will get the preference.
  • Understanding on Commercial, Sales & Distribution know how and "can do" attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Local language known candidates will get the preferences
