Customer Service Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for service offer, internal/external Patients query.
  • Serves Patient Party by providing service information and resolving service-related queries.
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the Patient complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains Patient records by updating information.
  • Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Always remain updated about service information, Hospital activities, and other information required to answer any queries of patients.
  • Conduct different market surveys as per the requirements of the business.
  • Create & develop new customer Handling procedure.
  • Develop Reception as required by helping supervisor accordingly.
  • Train the Front Desk Officer to provide proper service to the patients.
  • Any other assignments as advised by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, good communication skills
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital Customer Care
  • Uttara resided will get preference.
