Human Resource Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitments, planning and executing staff development initiatives and ensuring HR policy compliances.
  • Advertise vacant positions, screen candidates by reviewing job applications, negotiate with selected applicants.
  • Be responsible for drafting contracts of new recruits
  • Be responsible for onboarding new employees and conducting induction/orientation of the company policies.
  • Update leave balance of all the employees.
  • Manage insurance claim and maintain record of staff.
  • Coordinate events and ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information and documents in the employee personal files.
  • Review job profiles, skill sets and competencies required for different position in consultation with the HR head and relevant program team to ensure that right people are being considered.
  • Identify staffing gaps and suggest senior management for onward actions.
  • Maintain close relationship with the global HR team
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop
  • Any other job as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree majoring in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent facilitation, coordination, team management, reporting and presentation skill;
  • Fluency in English and Bengali and proficiency in computer application.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
