Front Desk Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
  • Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
  • Cooperate with the employees of all departments.
  • Update and maintain information and program tracking.
  • Keep a record of staff movements.
  • Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
  • Maintain log for all incoming and outgoing letters/emails/documents and dispatch to appropriate staff/persons.
  • Maintain appointment diary.
  • Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the concern department.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • English Medium (Will be given preference)

Work Experience:

  • Not Mandatory

Others Requirements:

  1. Customer Service, Tele-Marketing
  • Should be able to handle visitors in a proper and polite manner.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Provide product information to the customer
  • High on energy and enthusiasm to ensure the quality of service to our customers
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
  • Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.
