Private Secretary to Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the schedules and diary of the Director Madam and ensure all appointments and meetings are duly updated.
  • Prepare and monitor daily program for Director Madam, when necessary.
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Director Madam.
  • Screen all telephone calls, faxes of the Director Madam and passed on messages as required.
  • Prepare and send different business letters to different overseas and local companies as per instruction of Director Madam.
  • Ensure filing, mailing drafting on different issues of Director Madam.
  • Make necessary appointments for Director Madam, when required.
  • Maintain contacts database for Director Madam.
  • Provide protocol service, Visa, Air Ticket booking, Hotel reservation related activities of Director Madam/VC Madam as and when necessary.
  • Contact with concern Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any documentation purpose, if necessary.
  • JOB LOCATION: FRESH VILLA, HOUSE#15, ROAD#34, GULSHAN-1, DHAKA

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in English/ Public Administration/ Management Studies from any University.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
    • Should be capable to maintain the schedule and diary of the Director Madam.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
    • Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
    • Should have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla
