Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to communicate with existing corporate clients.
- Able to communicate with new potential corporate clients in Chattogram region
- Ensure reduction of Non-Performing Loans.
- Ensure that the business risks and controls are well managed.
- Coordinate with other relevant departments.
- Develop strategies to identify suitable sectors for financing considering market position and industry information.
- To ensure that All the documentations are fully complied with the standard procedures.
- Advice the Management to increase the limits of performing customers to increase the business share.
- Preparing and checking the legal documents and ensure all security documentation are legally enforceable/valid.
- Able to prepare CRG.
- To ensure perfection of documentation in compliance with respective sanction terms.
- Able to prepare the credit proposal.
- Able to face Internal and Bangladesh Bank Audit.
- To conduct the field and onsite visits to verify the proper usage of loan amount/ security position.
- Able to track and monitor existing loan portfolio.
- To monitor all loan documentation deficiencies.
- To make recovery calls for reminding the clients about the date for payment of monthly installments.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/MBA (Finance/Accounting/Marketing/Management) from any reputed University with good academic result.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Financial Analysis, Structured Finance, Term Loan and Lease Financing, Relationship management, credit appraisal, CRG analysis, recovery.
- Investors A/c opening. CIB reporting
- Minimum 4 years experience.
