Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a Kids coding Instructor, the responsibilities are as follows:•Design and teach HTML, CSS, Python, Scratch, JavaScript, Web Development, Robotics and other coding programs for kids and teens, to be delivered in a classroom (online) step-by-step
• Create incredible experiences for young coders and deliver the curriculum in a fun and engaging way
• Plan the course and sessions of appropriate duration and content to be delivered during each session.
• Create a mechanism for providing and collecting feedback during the programs and, if necessary, engage with parents and students.
• Provide feedback for curriculum improvement
• Work with program instructors to explain the programs and sessions to be delivered.
• Ability to interact and communicate with the team members to manage sessions and successfully run the programs
• Ability to Report to the team leader regarding the progress and implementation of the program frequently
• Contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies and attending marketing strategies
• Positively advocate for the program among students and parents.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Physics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Skills Required: Coding, HTML5 & CSS3, Java, Python, Robotics, Scratch

  Others Requirements:

  • Prior experience of teaching or tutoring kids and teens.
  • Prior experience in planning online programs and sessions for kids in a creative way
  • Ability to teach coding languages to students in a fun and interactive way
  • Must have a positive attitude and be patient with the students and assess their improvement regularly.
  • Good interpersonal skill and must aspire to educate, learn and affect positive change
  • Ability to efficiently use online meeting tools and services such as Zoom and others
  • Ability to encourage, motivate and involve kids in program activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with kids and parents
  • Computer, laptop purchased in the last three years, with microphone headset and high-speed internet access
  • A quiet workspace free of distractions for delivering lessons to the students
  • Fluent in English and Bangla and be efficient in reading, writing, and listening in both languages.
  • Be technically sound and know MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Being efficient in multi-tasking and being positive in working and getting things done even outside working hours is encouraged.
