Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining serial, records and update library database
  • Maintaining the circulation system(Issue and Return)
  • Provide user services, including addressing inquiries and document delivery
  • Doing bibliographic checks and searches
  • E-Resource Management
  • Maintaining news clipping service
  • Shelving and filing of library materials, including audio-visual materials

Educational Qualification:

  • At least Graduation with Diploma degree in Information Science and Library Management.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Internet Browsing skills
  • Teamwork capability
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point & Upgrade Version of Windows
  • Scan documents
  • Performing other relevant duties as required.
  • Knowledge on Library Management System
  • Skills on cataloging and classification of books, reports and documents using library of congress subject descriptors and the Dewey decimal classification system
