Roles & Responsibilities:

• To ensure daily fabrics required and received status makes according by consumption for proper cutting and sewing input.
• Cross check the fabric booking sheet with buyer P.O sheet.
• Cross check the P.P sample, fabric shrinkage before start bulk cutting.
• Follow up the table wise cutting target and efficiency.
• Monitor the daily Input target & Input balancing for proper line production support & WIP control.
• Cut to ship loss report & analysis.
• Maintain all kind of document of spreading and information cutting department.
• Provide production information (size, ratio inseam) for preparing number and bundle cut as per layers spreading sheet.
• Following 5S system & compliance rules.
• Ensure 100% quality to meet the buyers expectation.
• Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.
