Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material for higher productivity
• Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output as per the desire limit.
• Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Every running style sewing garments handover to Production Accounting Department separately by maintaining PO & size according to PO sheet.
• Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor.
• To arrange internal meeting with supervisor and section operator about technical issue and production before starting bulk production of a new style.
• Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.
