Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning and handling, recruitment for the company.
- Job analysis and preparation of job description of all staffs of the company;
- Handling labor disputes and disciplinary matters; separations, terminations, dismissal, grievances.
- Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc;
- Ensure general administration of the company; including assets, transports management.
- Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit monthly, yearly.
- Follow up factory administration; HR and Compliance issues.
- Ensure staff development including training need assessment;
- Formulate, Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization;
- Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process;
- Develop conceptual framework & strategy for HR by reviewing employee productivity;
- To maintain liaison with company lawyers, legal advisers regarding legal & company issues & also with govt administration;
- Good team-player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team;
- Any other assigned job from management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Master of Management, MBA in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- 6 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOthers Requirements:
- Having 7- 10 years of experience in any reputed industrial organization/group of company and minimum 5 years in Manager Position.
- Work in Head Office will be added preference.
- He must be well versed in labor law & handle labor dispute.
- Have knowledge in Compliance Issues.
- Must be good in writing in English & Bangla.
- Good Computer skills.
