Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring in time, lunch time and out time of workers and staffs.
  • Distribution and maintaining the register of worker dress, Mask, and other PPE, and ensure use of those through monitoring.
  • Prepare the list of Tiffin and ensure its distribution.
  • To ensure cleanliness, housekeeping and other compliance issues in respective production floor.
  • Ensure logistics supports to production floor.
  • To ensure First aid in injured worker.
  • Help the workers to receive goods by preparing requisition and send it to Bandhan.
  • Issue daily attendance sheet to the concern dept./section as per shift/practice and collect from concern dept./section with proper correction such as ensuring present /absent/leave etc. with signature of concern authority.
  • Leave Form Issuing & collecting from each dept. & submit to HR dept.
  • Outgoing employees clearance letter collection from HR and distribution/collection from respective personnel and submit to HR.
  • Provide all necessary supports during distribution of wage/salary. (as before)
  • Daily Workers & Staffs Tiffin/Ifter arrange and distribution to the eligible employees.
  • Prepare & check Conveyance, Lunch, Night bill etc.
  • Ensure PPE wearing of employees for respective areas.
  • Ensure first aid appliance.
  • Others day to day administrative jobs assign by the Line Manager/Management.
  • Monitoring & controlling the proper disposal of wastage fabrics from production floor and keeping of finished good cartoons.
  • Salary disbursement.
  • Distribution pay slips all of workers.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed organization.
