Executive/ Sr. Executive - HR & Admin (Head Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Manpower planning, Recruiting, Selection, Joining, orientation, and placement.
  • Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with business goals.
  • Assist to develop day-to-day HR policies, practices, and other interdepartmental SOPs.
  • Monitoring daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave etc.
  • Conducting final settlement preparation as per Law.
  • Drafting various forms, office order, circulars, Letter (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter etc)
  • Preparation and circulation of official/ managerial order/note/memo & circular with regards to HR and Admin.
  • Conducting performance appraisal for all employees, foster development and career growth.
  • Coordinating and ensuring payroll Management being aligned with other departments.
  • Handling Employee grievance Management.
  • Co- operates with all departments for smooth operation.
  • Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.
  • Organizing & maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data and updating any previous employees data.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Attendance, Bangladesh Labor Law, Communication skill, Core HR Knowledge, Corporate HR

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Work in Head Office will be added preference.
    • He must be well versed in labor law & handle labor dispute.
    • Have knowledge in Compliance Issues.
    • Must be good in writing in English & Bangla.
    • Good Computer skills.
